If there’s one thing I can’t resist right now, it’s definitely peanut butter! I’ll eat it on almost anything! I have a bit
of a sweet tooth and this is a healthier way to beat the dessert cravings! Plus, it only needs 4 ingredients and you can make them in minutes!
Peanut butter is full of heart-healthy monounsaturated fat.
Raisins help prevent cancer.
Granola contains almost every mineral essential to your health.
Bananas taste so much better with peanut butter!
- 1 Banana
- 30g Peanut Butter
- 30g Granola
- 20g Raisins

01 Start with this
Simply cut banana in half.
With a butter knife, spread peanut butter on both sides. Roll each banana section in granola.
Top it with some raisins!
