BROCCOLI DIP

MAIN DISH

Broccoli Dip

To be honest with you I used to hate eating broccoli and other veggies when I was a little kid. However, as I grow up it seems like I changed my taste buds and I actually started to enjoy veggies. Well, maybe because I found a great way to eat my broccoli! Now, I always serve some greens with my lunch. I found that the best way to eat your veggies is to blend them!

Yup, as simple as that! This thick broccoli dip is delicious with bread sticks, or even as a spread on slices of bread. For this perfect balanced lunch, I used Raw Sprouted Chia Bread from Pura Vida! It tastes amazing and the best part is that this bread actually contains vitamin C, B, A! ?

Broccoli stands out as the most concentrated source of vitamin C.

Basil is rich in vitamin K.

Cauliflower is a good source of choline, a B vitamin known for its role in brain development.

Get some crisps or protein bread and enjoy your dip in style.
