Kiwi Parfait

This recipe is as simple as can be. I’m always looking for quick and easy desserts, and this is one of them! You will enjoy so much this healthy and delicious Kiwi Parfait because it is the perfect refreshing dessert to cool down on a hot day. You only need a few ingredients to make this tasty kiwi parfait, and let me tell you the truth: I made this in less than 5 minutes. I have no doubt you’ll love Kiwi & Pineapple combined in a yogurt mixture. The best part of this Kiwi Parfait recipe, besides the delicious taste, is that you can use any type of fruit you have in your kitchen. I think it’s okay to enjoy

something sweet sometimes and it’s even better when you can have natural sweet such as honey, maple syrup or agave. But, if you want to reduce the amount of sugar in your Kiwi Parfait you don’t need to add honey, since the vanilla extract already gives a nice taste to the yogurt and the fruits have a natural sweetness also. But since I love great toppings on my desserts I found the perfect guilt-free alternative to biscuits – Pulsetta’s Vanilla Oat Thins not only taste great – they are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and are wonderfully only 27 kcal per biscuit.

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 50g Cucumber
  • 100g Pineapple
  • 100g Spinach
  • 50g Granola
  • 50g Strawberries
  • 150g Greek Yogurt
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

01 Start with this

Put the kiwi, pineapple, spinach and cucumber in a blender. Throw some ice cubes and a little bit of water. Add cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste.

02 Then

Blend and refrigerate for 1 hour or eat it straight away. Add granola on top of the kiwi parfait.

03 Lastly

Put your yogurt on top of the granola. Add some Pulsetta Vanilla Oat Thins as a topping on our delicious & healthy Kiwi Parfait!
