cooking can be so much fun. To see one of the naughtiest foods turn into donuts full of protein is priceless! Don’t listen to what everybody says and think outside the box! The best part? THIS DONUTS HAVE OVER 30g of PROTEIN !!
Eggs are not only great protein source but also contain lots of vitamins.
Oat flour may reduce the risk of coronary artery disease.
Cacao helps you shed fat. Which makes it perfect for our donuts.
Healthy Donuts? Yes, please!
- 15g Cocoa
- 1 Egg
- 2 Egg Whites
- 45g Oat Flour
- 1scoop Protein
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract

01 Start with this
Simply mix everything together and take out a donut pan.
Evenly distribute your mix into it. Bake at 350F/175C for 8-10 minutes.
Top your donuts with whatever you want and ENJOY!
