Avocado Mousse

It’s Sunday Funday so I have a great treat which you will never get bored of. And it’s also a great way to eat an avocado (if you are not a fan of it).. trust me..

it’s super delicious! A chocolate mousse that’s guilt free and loaded with super foods and antioxidants. ?

Cacao nibs can fight cardiovascular disease.

Natural vanilla extract contains numerous antioxidants, including vanillic acid and vanillin.

Avocado is very high in potassium, which should support healthy blood pressure levels.

Top it with cocoa powder and you will end up with a chocolate mousse!

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 15g Cacao Nibs
  • 50ml Almond Milk
  • 15g Nuts
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

01 Start with this

Pill the avocado and cut it into small pieces. Place the avocado in a bowl and use fork to mash it till creamy consistency.

Add the cacao nibs (or powder) and vanilla extract. Stir well and add milk to your avocado mixture.

03 Lastly

Top with some nuts and enjoy your healthy life!
