So what do you get when you cross a banana with a zucchini? A really yummy and healthy sweet protein bread!
Here’s my quick, simple and healthy High Protein Bread. Ideal for breakfast, snack or even post-workout!
Mash bananas till purée consistency so you can use it as a texture for our protein bread.
Peel the zucchini and shred them.
Zucchini should look like this.
This is what makes the protein bread so delicious.
- 1 Zucchini
- 100g Banana
- 100g Blueberries
- 100ml 0,1% Milk (or any other)
- 2scoops Whey Protein
- 40g Oat Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1tsp Baking Powder

01 Start with this
Mash the banana, shred the zucchini and add in eggs, egg whites and milk and mix well.
Then add your dry ingredients – oat flour, protein powder and baking powder. After that, pour the mixture into your pan (make sure you spray it with non-sticking spray first).
Add your blueberries. Bake for 15min at 220C then bring the temperature down to 190C and bake for additional 20min.

- 3g Monounsaturated 2%
