Green Energy Smoothie
Most of the time, I feel like I need more hours in a day just to get everything done. Do you ever feel like that? It’s such a crazy, fast-paced world we live in, and it can be a struggle to finish a single task sometimes.How do you handle the craziness of life? This is how I tackle my hardships. I’m sharing with you one of my favourite smoothie recipes for 3 reasons:
– super quick and easy to make
– ideal to get your daily micronutrients in no time
– absolutely delicious and nutritious. Try my favorite smoothie anytime of the day (I prefer to drink mine for breakfast but it’s perfect for pre and post workout).
Baobab is a superfruit that supports immune function, energy release, skin health.
Coconut reduces sweet cravings. That’s exactly what we need in our smoothie.
Spinach is high in niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fiber and vitamins A, C, E, K.
Enjoy your protein smoothie with a drizzle of coconut.
- 100g Banana
- 170g Spinach
- 170ml 0,1% Milk (or any other)
- 1scoop Baobab Powder
- 1scoop Whey Protein
- 1 Avocado
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract

Just throw everything into a blender and wait till the green smoothie is ready!
Let the blending begin! You can throw some ice cubes if you want a thicker consistency!

- Vitamin C 90%
- Calcium 24%
- 16g Fiber 6%
- 17g Sugar 9%
- 3g Saturated 1%
- 9g Monounsaturated 5%
