This program is for everyone who has already been in the gym for more than 3-4 months.

Your body now has different needs. Your muscles have adapted to the current load and now require more intense workouts to continue growing. It is therefore desirable to start using new training principles.

So, by purchasing this plan you will receive:

  • I use your answers to create your training plan and send it to your e-mail within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
  • If, at any time along the way, you run into any issues, I’m always available via email to answer any questions you might have and ensure everything goes smoothly for you.

Every plan comes with access to me via email and social media to answer questions and give advice along the way.
