the nutrition “advice” you usually hear in the media and at the gym is often boiled down to buzzwords and slogans. You know the ones:
“Just eat whole foods.”
“Eat at least 3 times a day. It speeds up your metabolism.”
“Eat more fat and fewer carbs.”
“Never skip breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day.”
Slogans lead to nutritional wheel spinning, frustration, and fat-loss plateaus — or even unwanted weight gain. They lead to:
“Should I just quit already?”
“Why do I suck at this?”
“Will nutrition always come with frustration and failure?”
It’s time to go beyond the clichés and understand how to really help yourself fix a broken diet and start eating better.
WHAT DOES THE CUSTOM MEAL PLAN LOOK LIKE?
Yes, dieting really sucks. It’s no secret. Who in their right mind wants to stop eating the things they absolutely LOVE? Cookies, cake, ice cream, BEER…the things that make us smile, that we look forward to. I’m aware of that and I also love eating some so called “unhealthy foods” such as donuts and pizzas. I hate when people say that they started to “eat healthy”. Well, let me tell you something – there are no “good” and “bad” foods, there is just bad portion. Any food that has calories can technically be bad for you — if consumed in excess.
EVERY PLAN COMES WITH EXACT NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
The “Custom Meal Plan” works simply because it’s not a diet. A diet is something you go “on” and “off.” And it’s completely custom because everybody is unique and everyone of us has different needs. Not only do I build each and every one from scratch, but I can also work with any and all budgetary and dietary needs as well: vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, food availabilities, sensitivities, and allergies, and any other food preferences or restrictions.
I love helping people get in shape. I want to help as many people get fit as possible.
The best part of the plan is how easy it is to adhere to. I never feel like I’m missing out or limiting myself, I can enjoy my favourite foods and eat grown up (read: monstrous) portions. I’m also sharper and more energetic than ever with my new macro-nutrient make up. I can’t see me ever going back to my old eating and training habits.MILEN DUDEV

2 years ago I ended a relationship which led to constant overeating and I almost got lost. I was tired and I decided that I need to change my life. Thanks to Dimitar, I learned that the only way to keep a lifestyle truly sustainable was to eat and live in moderation every single day. I realized that if I was serious about changing my life and body for the long term, I would need to learn balance and ditch the feelings of guilt. I feel I have been able to accomplish exactly what I set out to do and my relationship with food & eating have been restored.ARIANA GREEN

I am very pleased with the results. More than anything I am satisfied that I now have the knowledge to keep weight off and as weird as it sounds I’m now no longer scared to get off track a little because I know how to take it right off without training like a professional athlete.
Also, I was surprised as you were with my lifting gains. I have never in my life done squats or deadlifts until I started your program, and 4 weeks was my record for ever maintaining a fitness program. And I wouldn’t even call it a program. So yes, those are PB’sSCOTT CLARK
