DIETING SUCKS

Yes, dieting really sucks. It’s no secret. Who in their right mind wants to stop eating the things they absolutely LOVE? Cookies, cake, ice cream, BEER…the things that make us smile, that we look forward to. I’m aware of that and I also love eating some so called “unhealthy foods” such as donuts and pizzas. I hate when people say that they started to “eat healthy”. Well, let me tell you something – there are no “good” and “bad” foods, there is just bad portion. Any food that has calories can technically be bad for you — if consumed in excess.

The “Custom Meal Plan” works simply because it’s not a diet. A diet is something you go “on” and “off.” And it’s completely custom because everybody is unique and everyone of us has different needs. Not only do I build each and every one from scratch, but I can also work with any and all budgetary and dietary needs as well: vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, food availabilities, sensitivities, and allergies, and any other food preferences or restrictions.

The best part of the plan is how easy it is to adhere to. I never feel like I’m missing out or limiting myself, I can enjoy my favourite foods and eat grown up (read: monstrous) portions.
